Compensation: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | Day Shifts

We're growing our Orlando team and are looking for an enthusiastic Event Promotions Assistant to help represent nationally recognized brands at promotional events throughout the local area.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build valuable customer-facing experience, develop communication and sales skills, and be part of a supportive team that celebrates success.
No previous experience is required—we provide full product and sales training. What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you'll be representing clients at promotional events, retail pop-ups, and live brand activations throughout Orlando.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming first impression
- Starting conversations and introducing customers to featured products and services
- Demonstrating product features and explaining key benefits
- Answering customer questions with confidence and professionalism
- Helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Assisting with promotional event setup and presentation
- Working alongside your teammates to achieve daily goals
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from beginning to end
