Our Financial Health (OFH) is seeking passionate, entrepreneurial leaders to join our growing team as Regional Managers. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to lead a financial wellness movement that empowers individuals, strengthens communities, and creates economic opportunities across the country.
As a Regional Manager, you will oversee the growth of Our Financial Health in your assigned territory by developing strategic partnerships, organizing Financial Wellness & Homeownership Expos, recruiting business partners, and leading community outreach initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage your assigned geographic region.
- Build relationships with banks, real estate professionals, insurance agencies, mortgage lenders, nonprofit organizations, schools, churches, and local businesses.
- Recruit sponsors, exhibitors, and community partners for Financial Wellness & Homeownership Expos.
- Hire, train, and manage Brand Ambassadors and community outreach teams.
- Coordinate local marketing campaigns and community engagement activities.
- Generate revenue through sponsorships, exhibitor participation, strategic partnerships, and financial wellness programs.
- Represent Our Financial Health at networking events, business functions, and community meetings.
- Help residents gain access to financial education, credit improvement resources, homeownership programs, business development opportunities, and wealth-building services.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for leaders who are:
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
- Excellent communicators and relationship builders.
- Passionate about community development and financial education.
- Experienced in business development, sales, nonprofit leadership, banking, insurance, real estate, event management, or community outreach (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable leading teams and managing multiple projects.
