LTC Compliance Inc. is a provider of consultant pharmacists to long term care facilities.
We are currently seeking a consultant pharmacist to join our pharmagenetics team.
The Consultant Pharmacist will:
Complete pharmacogenomic reviews and reports based on laboratory findings.
Assistance with Policy and Procedure.
Pharmacists should be pharmagenatics trained and certified with experience.
Pharmacist should have experience with antibiotic stewardship.
Preferred Candidates will be hold active pharmacist licenses in multiple states or will be willing to license in multiple states.
This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills.
Must be able to learn and utilize computer software.
Must be able to read small print.
Pay: $57.00 - $58.00 per hour
