Overview
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable commercial P&C producer. Please do not apply without an active P&C license and commercial P&C experience. We are a family-owned business and have been in operation since 1985. We have many preferred direct commercial appointments, as well as dozens through MGAs and E&S markets. We are looking to expand our commercial book of business across the state, and have prospects, lists and markets to do that. Additionally, we have 3 branches across the state -- Warner Robins, Woodstock, and Canton -- for local servicing. Position would allow a producer to sell across the entire state in a wide range of commercial risks... contractors, LRO, CRE, import/export, manufacturing and production, healthcare, etc. Compensation is a combination of base and commissions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products that meet client requirements
- Quote and market commercial risks with direct carriers and MGAs
- Maintain detailed sales administration records and update customer databases accurately
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales and cold calling with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of commercial P&C insurance products and the sales process within the insurance industry
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Ability to manage sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively

Pay: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
