Responsibilities
- Prepare and blend smoothies according to established recipes while ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie preparation area, including equipment and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Promote daily specials or new menu items to enhance sales opportunities.
