We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties to their pre-damage condition while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform water damage restoration services including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Conduct fire restoration tasks such as smoke removal and structural cleaning.
- Execute mold remediation processes to ensure safe and healthy environments.
- Utilize power tools and equipment for carpet cleaning and other restoration tasks.
- Assess damage levels and determine appropriate restoration methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with clients regarding the restoration process and provide updates on progress.
Qualifications
- Experience in the restoration industry is preferred, particularly in water damage restoration, fire restoration, or mold remediation.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on restoring properties to their original state.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
