Altruistic Insurance Advisors (in partnership with North American Insurance Services, NAIS) is seeking self-motivated, growth-oriented agents who are serious about making a difference — both in their communities and in their careers.
We are hiring a Medicare Sales Advisor to help individuals navigate their healthcare options as they transition into retirement.
In this role, you will educate, advise, and enroll clients into Medicare plans that fit their needs — including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary coverage.
This is a high-activity, client-facing sales role with full training provided. No prior Medicare experience required.
What You’ll Do:
- Present and explain Medicare options: Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, and ancillary products
- Educate clients so they can confidently choose the right coverage
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to engage prospects and follow up on leads
- Work pre-scheduled appointments with individuals needing Medicare guidance
- Build referral relationships with doctors, dentists, and financial professionals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (client interactions, pipeline, follow-ups)
- Identify cross-sell opportunities (life insurance, annuities, supplemental products)
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Stay compliant with all CMS Medicare regulations
- Stay informed on market trends and plan changes

Qualifications
- No experience required (training provided)
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn products and systems
- Bilingual is a plus
- Willingness to obtain or maintain insurance licensing (if not already licensed)
