Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to ensure a spotless environment.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques.
- Handle manual lifting and outdoor work as needed to move furniture or clean exterior areas safely.
- Use cleaning equipment effectively while adhering to safety protocols for janitorial and custodial tasks.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the cleaning process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with knowledge of janitorial or custodial procedures.
- Strong skills in cleaning surfaces, dusting, floor cleaning, carpet maintenance, and outdoor work experience.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly.
- Effective client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated reliability with a keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
