POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Sanitation Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of our production floor/facility along with overseeing their assigned team.

LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
SHIFT: Must be willing to work night shift; 12 hours per day 2/2/3 Schedule.
TYPE: Full-Time, Regular.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise, train, and coach sanitation crew on proper procedures, safety (PPE, chemicals), and GMP/HACCP standards.
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and on-the-job support to team members to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent execution of work.
Communicate with production, maintenance, and management to prepare areas, order supplies, and address facility needs.
