**Quick Start**
We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Long-Term Care (LTC) unit.
- Pay Rate: $50/hr
- Job Location: Waimea, HI 96796
- Shift : must be available all shifts
- Number of Weeks: 13
Position Requirements:
- Active Hawaii LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of overall LPN experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing setting.
- Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments safely according to provider orders.
- Develop, implement, and update care plans.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic medical records.
