Key Responsibilities:

Performs a wide variety of electronic/ mechanical assembly operations on production lines using the various processes of assembling, winding, soldering, potting, testing, and component inspection

Provides daily input into applicable database

Reads and follows work instructions to correctly position and algin parts

Participation in continuous improvement and 5S
-
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to read and follow work instructions

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing or robotics equipment

Inspect parts and complete assemblies to ensure they meet strict specifications, measurements, and tolerance limits.
Education & Experience:
-
No education required, but preferred
-
Ability to meet Vishay’s attendance policy (2% absenteeism rate or less annually)

Ability to use a microscope for 8 hours daily

Ability to do repetitive tasks that require the use of various defined procedures

Ability to work in a team environment and independently while maintaining a good working relationship with co workers & supervisors
