Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately during banquet events
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing exceptional customer service from order taking to final drink presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages promptly to keep the bar fully equipped for continuous service
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in banquet or event settings with high-volume service
- Knowledge of a wide variety of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishing skills
- Excellent communication skills with a lively, positive attitude that energizes guests
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special event dates as needed
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
