TCP Print Hand and Fulfillment Associate
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Twin Cities Print is looking for someone to join the team for the company’s continued growth. This employee will work side-by-side with the owner and print production lead as they key staff to help us continue to grow into the Midwest’s most trusted printer of drinkware and apparel for small businesses.
This role will have 2 main focuses:
1. Managing the fulfillment of Twin Cities Print shipping needs.
- Fulfillment is focused on efficiencies, productivity and attention to detail.
2. Print Hand
- This role will play a support role to the print production lead to help print and process orders in a timely fashion. This includes pre-press production, priming items for printing, packaging and unpackaging, and more.
What the Employee Must Have:
+ Task oriented. This role is a perfect fit for someone who likes to have boxes to check and things to accomplish.
+ Detail oriented. The production of some of the products we make requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ambition & ability to work independently. Won’t be the best fit for someone requiring oversight and direction at all times. Looking for someone who believes in the power of social business so deeply, that they’d be excited to wake up in the morning and come work with us.
- Love of small business. We exist to support small businesses across the country with their printing needs.
Hours: 20-40 hours/week
Compensation:
- Starting wage of $15-$17/hour
Office Hours & Structure:
- Hours will be worked from our printing facility in Minneapolis.
