Brown Insurance & Financial Services is growing, and we are looking for a driven, resilient, and team-oriented Account Representative to join our agency.
This is not a passive customer service role. We are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment, work hard, communicate confidently, and genuinely help people protect what matters most.

What the Role Looks Like
On a typical day, you will:
Work 10–15 new inbound leads

Follow up on 30–40 existing opportunities from previous days

Handle approximately 10 incoming customer calls

Service existing customers and solve problems
-
Identify coverage gaps and uncover additional needs
-
Educate customers on risks and protection options
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
-
Help customers make confident insurance decisions
