Popeye’s is hiring Restaurant Shift Managers who will play a key role in the operation of our restaurants.
Responsibilities

Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).

Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance.

Personally, demonstrating that customer needs are the highest priority.

Ensuring food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.

Resolving customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.

Complete daily paperwork to reconcile sales.

Training new employees in all aspects of the operation.

Scheduling employees.

Ordering food products for the store.
Requirements
-
Store Managers must have basic knowledge of Excel data entry and an understanding of web browsers to complete hiring and training duties.
