We are in search of a highly skilled reliable licensed Esthetician with preferred experence, looking for a long term role in a stable positive work environment. It is so important to us that the candidate we hire is passionate about their job. The position would start out part-time and building up to full time. Our main focus for this position is someone who wants to be a part of a team that works hard at doing high-quality services and promoting skin health and well-being.
Responsibilities Include (and are not limited to):
- Performing a variety of skincare treatments including facials, advanced skin care services such as chemical peels, acne services, diamond glow, dermaplane, micro-needing, RF micro-needlling, laser hair removal, BBL, facial waxing. All services are performed in accordance with our protocols.
- Maintain professionalism in appearance, demeanor, dependable and punctual.
- Assist in routine clerical functions as needed.
- Maintain work area, treatment rooms, and supplies.
- Protects patients right by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing relates results as needed.
- Provides timely responses to patient inquires and timely completion of assigned task.
- Assist providers if time allotted.
- Developing personalized services thorough consultations and client education.
- Driving service and retail sales through suggestive selling.
Requirements:
- Valid and current state esthetician license.
- Coordinates with staff to ensure a positive patient flow, waiting room and exam room experience.
- Openness to being trained, learning new skin care products and procedures
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills, multi-tasking, flexibility, phone skills, customer services, time management, organization, attention to detail, scheduling, team player.
- A professional attitude that is positive and teamwork focused.
