The Role
The Pastry Chef is the "Alchemist." You oversee the sweet side of our identity, from the morning pastries at Any Day Now to the refined desserts at Lucky Prime and Sushi Sato. You balance scientific precision with the "American Son" storytelling that defines our group’s culinary voice.
What You’ll Own

Program Development: Create and cost seasonal dessert, bread, and pastry menus across the group’s concepts.

Production Management: Oversee the daily output of the pastry department, ensuring consistency in doughs, batters, and finishes.

Mentorship: Lead and train the Pastry Cooks and Bakers, fostering a culture of precision and artistic pride.

Inventory: Manage specialized pastry inventory, sourcing high-quality flours, chocolates, and seasonal fruits while hitting cost targets.
Who You Are

4+ years of experience in professional pastry leadership.

A master of both rustic baking and refined plated desserts.
