Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile.
- Take customer orders and serve ice cream.
- Operate the cash register and process payments.
- Keep the shop clean and organized.
- Restock toppings, cups, and supplies when needed.
- Help keep customers happy by providing great service.
- Work as a team to keep the shop running smoothly.
Requirements
- Friendly, positive attitude.
- Reliable and on time.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn—we will train you.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
