Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services through both telehealth and in-person sessions
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support clients in building coping skills, improving emotional well-being, and strengthening support systems
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in case consultations as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical growth opportunities
- Deliver culturally responsive and client-centered care
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
- LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or permit holders welcome to apply
- Student interns may also be considered
- Experience working with adults; experience with children and adolescents is a plus
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment planning
- Ability to conduct clinical assessments and maintain treatment documentation
- Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly encouraged to apply.
