Call Center Coordinator
We are currently seeking candidates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions, with schedules that include every other weekend.
Pay Range: $19–22/hr
Location: Blue Ash, OH
Position Summary:
The Call Center Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support to the Assessment and Referral Department while assisting individuals seeking treatment and coordinating admission-related processes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the Assessment and Referral Department
- Maintain documents required for admissions and patient intake
- Process consent forms and admission documentation accurately and efficiently
- Complete prescreens for callers seeking treatment services
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility information
- Communicate with families, patients, and referral sources as needed
- Answer incoming referral calls from potential clients, offering support and encouragement as they seek treatment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- HS / GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous call center, healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative experience preferred
