Kent Home Services is a family owned company doing concrete flatwork for families. We are growing rapidly and looking for a Sales Estimator who wants great pay, interesting work, and growth opportunities. Willing to train the right candidate with our industry leading onboarding process.
The Sales Estimator travels to pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners in West Michigan (Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids) and assists them to inspect, measure, and identify solutions for their concrete needs. We are looking for a person who is passionate about customers, is detail oriented, and thrives on winning business by solving customer problems. The Sales Estimator is key to showing our customers what the best service in the industry looks like.

Responsibilities:
● Drives to and completes pre-scheduled appointments with customers.
● Actively listens to customers to offer solutions based on their needs.
● Measures areas to be serviced and calculates square footage.
● Utilizes pricing tools to prepare estimate(s) for customers.
● Track estimating activities in company CRM system and keeps database current by updating account information regularly.
● Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
● Prior sales, estimating, construction, project management, and/or customer service-related experience preferred.
● Associate's degree preferred.
● Strong listening skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
● Detail oriented.
● CRM and Excel/Sheets experience preferred.
● Valid Driver's license with clean driving record required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
