We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our crew in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, contributing to the overall success of our food service operations.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables.
- Ensure that all items are organized and stored properly after cleaning.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Help maintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the kitchen team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic food handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to help others in the kitchen team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance hospitality efforts.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
Compensation
- Each member of our crew receives a FREE meal while on duty and 15-20% off while off duty.
- Pay is based on knowledge and work experience.
- Pay is a fair and competitive pay along with tips.
