As a Mobile Fleet Maintenance Technician for trailers, your key responsibility is to execute the daily processes and activities involving trailer equipment maintenance at remote locations. This critical role will maintain the highest maintenance standards on high spec, late model equipment while utilizing an assigned tablet or laptop to record hours worked and work accomplished.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform remotely utilizing a GP service van outfitted with basic and intermediate essentials.
- Foster a culture of safety within the maintenance department.
- Perform PM services on trailers on customer lots or the GP HQ trailer lot.
- Organize and prioritize to ensure all maintenance-related communications from and to drivers are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Cultivate strong relationships with drivers, vendors, and fellow technicians.
Communicate with maintenance leadership on repair status and potential delays while working remotely.

- Fleet Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
Trailer-specific Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
