HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Sunstates Security is hiring Unarmed Security Officers in the Greenville area. A full time position is available with a split shift working both 1st and 2nd shift hours. The schedule is as follows:
Monday-Tuesday 3 PM to 11 AM.
Saturday-Sunday 7 AM to 3 PM.
Starting rate of pay is $20/hour.
Job Requirements
This is a TEMP position, slated to last into 2027. Security officers assigned to our Greenville site are tasked with access control, observing, reporting and patrolling the facility.
If you are NOT already in possession of a PPSB security license, you will be required to attend a North Carolina-mandated 2-day class. Normally, this is held in our Raleigh office, but for our remote sites, you can attend via logging in online. You MUST have a PC or Laptop that has a working camera AND microphone, in order to be seen and heard during the stream.
In addition to the FT position, we also have a PT 3rd available, which is on Fri/Sat, 11pm to 7am.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
