Job Title:- Certified Nursing Assistant
Location:- Edison, NJ,08837
Shift :- 7am-3p, 3p-11pm
Pay rate:- $20/hr - $25/hr
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using tools like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates, ensuring accurate medical documentation in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems
- Support medication administration under supervision, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments in memory or behavioral health settings
- Assist with catheter care, wound care, and other medical procedures following established protocols and infection control standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in acute care environments such as Level I Trauma Centers or ICU units to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Engage in patient service activities across inpatient, outpatient, home care, or community settings to promote comfort and recovery.
Requirements:
- License issued by the State of NJ
- TB or chest x-ray
- Physical Report
- Flu shot (This season)
- Covid Test Report
- CPR/BLS
- Candidate must know Software: Point Click Care
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
