Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, detail orientated, and talented individual for the position of Security Specialist.
Job Description:
Summary: The Security Specialist will provide Personnel Security, Physical Security, and Security Administration support to client stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Review credentials and Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act (LEOSA) applications,
-
Conduct security indoctrinations and debriefings on an as-needed basis.

Maintain and audit Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) indoctrinated personnel security folders.

Prepare, manage, and maintain local security databases, rosters, and other tools necessary to administer the personnel security program as required by AFMAN 16-1405, Personnel Security Program Management. Execute reinvestigations and In/Out processing for all assigned personnel

Inspect and monitor all aspects of accredited SCIF physical construction. Identify and immediately report facility discrepancies (e.g., door malfunctions, degraded weather-stripping allowing light transfer) to the COR and facility managers for repair.

Update and maintain the Fixed Facility Checklist (FFC) and TEMPEST addendum checklists.

Validate all SCIF changes or modifications are allowed within Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and ACC/SSO guidelines and approved by DIA Discretionary Access Control (DAC)-2A2.

Update and maintain the unit’s SCIF Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Action Procedures (EAPs) regarding physical security.
Requirement:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a TS/SCI facility, and at least one (1) year of dedicated experience in personnel security, physical security (e.g., SCIF management, alarms, access control), or security administration.
