Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team and drive the successful planning, coordination, and execution of swimming pool projects. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between project management, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, and in compliance with all inspections. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, and customer service will be essential to streamline operations and foster seamless project delivery.
Main Duties:
- Assist the Construction Department in day-to-day tasks.
- Schedule phases of construction for each project.
- Work closely with the Project Managers to schedule the next phases tentatively.
- Review and send out final plans to subcontractors via email.
- Order all plumbing, electrical, and in-floor cleaning systems and equipment.
- Participate in weekly construction meetings and illustrate with pictures submitted.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings, take notes and publish them to Box.
- Follow the Pre-Construction Checklist for all new jobs.
- Update the weekly draw sheet and prepare for Thursday Meetings.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse and equipment sets.
- Manage the workflow of the Field Technician and Startup Technician.
- Manage the startup periods and chemical tracking on POM with the Startup Tech.
- Submit inspections requests with the respective township or HOA.
- Coordinate Pool School with homeowners and Startup Tech.
- Publish all punch list items and track accordingly.
Helpful Skills:
- Some knowledge of pool remodeling and construction.
- Willing to grow into a Project Manager role.
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
- Excellent customer service relations.
- Ability to track and manage multiple project schedules in various phases of construction.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: $60K+ per year paid hourly/ Commensurate with experience

- Eligible for 401K enrollment after 1 year, the company contributes up to 4%.
- 40 hours PTO after 1 year. Company holidays include usual holidays.
