We are looking for Experienced, results driven technicians to join our FORD service team dedicated to producing hours and quality repairs!

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced mechanical and electrical issues
- Use FORD diagnostic scanners, special tools and equipment
- Follow FORD service procedures and repair manuals
- Provide estimates on repair costs, timelines, and parts
- Document all repairs in detail on repair orders
- Ensure repairs meet FORD and dealership standards
- Mentor and assist apprentice technicians
- Testing for proper operation prior/post repair(s) and final test drive of vehicles
Experience:
- 5-10 years experience diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles
- Current Ford Master Technician certification through Ford Motor Company
- Extensive hands on experience with major drivetrain diagnostics and repair including engines, transmissions, and differentials
- Strong electrical and electronics systems knowledge for Ford vehicles
- Proficiency with on-board diagnostics, scan tools, and digital multimeters
- Ability to accurately diagnose complex drivability and performance issues
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for basic to advanced level problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer diagnostic skills and technical aptitude
- Working knowledge of FORD dealership repair order procedures and policies
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
