Are you ready to make a difference?
- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintenance of assigned properties in Polk and Highlands county.
- High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in building maintenance.
- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle for travel between locations.
- Knowledge of general maintenance required.
- Prefer HVAC, electrical and plumbing credential and experience..
