Schoony’s Lawn Care is a growing property maintenance company focused on delivering high-quality work and dependable service. We’re looking for an experienced Crew Leader who can lead by example, produce quality results, and keep jobs running efficiently every day.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a lawn care crew on daily routes
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and property maintenance
- Complete spring and fall cleanups
- Install mulch, plants, and perform light landscaping projects
- Safely operate and oversee the use of commercial lawn care equipment
- Train and mentor crew members
- Maintain productivity while promoting a safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Report job progress and any issues to management
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card before employment begins — NO EXCEPTIONS
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- MINIMUM 2 years Previous lawn care or landscape crew leadership experience preferred
- Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable, dependable, and able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
