We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior Onsite Coordinator to join our team.
With excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills, this person will coordinate the efficiency of our employees at a major client site in the Salinas area.
Pay rate: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full time, 1st shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Fill prospective job openings
- Handle accident investigations
- Oversee timekeeping and administration
- Facility walk-thru to monitor safety & compliance of employees
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Supervisor or onsite coordinator experience preferre
