Responsibilities
Greet customers and listen attentively to their vehicle concerns

Create accurate repair orders and document customer requests

Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair needs

Build and present repair estimates for customer approval

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

Recommend needed maintenance and additional services

Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow

Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
-
Handle incoming calls, follow-ups, and general customer inquiries

Deliver a professional, high-quality experience at every touchpoint
What We Are Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to explain automotive issues clearly and in straightforward terms

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic automotive knowledge, or a genuine willingness to learn quickly

Positive attitude and a team-first mindset

Comfortable recommending and presenting needed services to customers

Qualifications
Previous service advisor or service writer experience preferred

Automotive repair knowledge strongly preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

Software Experience (a Plus)

Position type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
