We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Experienced Residential & Airbnb Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and Airbnb properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively across various surfaces and materials.
- Maintain floor care by vacuuming, mopping, sweeping
- Manage outdoor work tasks such as patio cleaning or outdoor surface maintenance when required.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Manage your time efficiently to complete scheduled jobs within designated timeframes without compromising quality.
- Keep detailed records of completed work, supplies used, and any client feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, Airbnb or hotel housekeeping, janitorial or custodial roles, with a strong focus on sanitation standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs and expectations.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple jobs daily.
- Experience in outdoor work or commercial cleaning is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeper management practices or hospitality industry standards is advantageous.
