Job Overview
The HR & Administrative Assistant role serves as a pivotal support pillar for both Human Resources and General Administration. You will be responsible for executing comprehensive HR functions—including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration—while concurrently streamlining daily office and factory operations such as meeting management, procurement consumables, and interdepartmental coordination. Responsibilities
- Execute job postings, initial resume screening, interview scheduling, and manage onboarding processes and orientation for new hires.
- Consolidate attendance records and assist in calculating monthly salaries, bonuses, and statutory social insurance deductions
- Manage enrollment and termination of labor/health/group insurance, and support annual health checks and benefit disbursements
- Manage inventory levels and handle procurement requests for office supplies, pantry items, and general consumables
- Process document stamping, filing, and manage the distribution and sorting of incoming/outgoing domestic and international mail
- Act as a liaison between departments to communicate company policies and assist in organizing employee engagement events or training sessions
- Responsible for meeting scheduling, venue preparation, and taking accurate minutes to track follow-up actions
- Company system about general administrative documents completion and application.
- Collaborate with external HR and payroll service providers to process onboarding, offboarding, and payroll changes.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human capital management practices and HR sourcing techniques.
- Proven experience in project management with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis and HR systems such as Paychex for payroll processing and data collection.
- Familiarity with employment law in talent management and regulatory compliance standards including OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to manage conflict resolution and employee relations with professionalism and tact.
- Proactive, and high level of confidentiality and planning skills
Pay: $23.22 - $27.96 per hour
