Holiday Inn Express and Suites is hiring for maintenance position asap. Individual must have previous maintenance experience at a hotel, apartment complex or corporation. Must have knowledge and experience in painting, changing filters, basic plumbing, carpentry, lifting up to 100 lbs or possibly exceeding more, plastering, moving furniture, hanging wall art, walking up and down ladders, changing light bulbs, performing pool maintenance as required and maintaining hotel standards for inspections. Must have own tools. Starting pay is $16.00 or more depending on experience.
