EXPERIENCED MACHINIST NEEDED
Looking for a special, motivated, safety conscious, quality minded, individual who takes pride, ownership and accountability in their work. We want you to come work for us if you are an experienced machinist that that is ready to take on the challenges of set-up and running difficult production parts for CNC Lathes or CNC Milling machines.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills by having at least 5 years of experience showing the following abilities:
- The ability to show up everyday, on time, ready for the challenges of the day
- The willingness to work paid overtime to meet production deadlines
- The ability to work safely, to identify hazards and to help others to be safe
- The ability to set-up Horizontal or Vertical CNC Mills in a repeatable, timely fashion
- The ability to work with FANUC and HAAS machine controls
- The ability to set-up Collet and up to 10” chuck CNC Lathes with FANUC controls in a repeatable, timely fashion, manual lathes experience a plus
- The ability to edit programs at the machine
- The ability to consistently run quality parts within the specified cycle times
- The ability to recognize and solve problems within the set-up or running of parts
- The ability to constantly improve themselves
- The ability to constructively work with others to improve processes and quality
- The ability to communicate with others in a constructive and positive fashion
- The ability to take the pride and care to help with the cleaning & maintenance, of the surrounding work environment
- The ability to understands that there is always more to learn and anxious to reach to that next level

Summary
As a CNC Machinist at Level I, II, or III, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Reporting to the Plant Manager of Shift Lead, your core skills in blueprint reading, machining, and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring high-quality manufacturing. You will utilize premium skills such as CNC programming and GD&T, alongside relevant skills like Fanuc and tooling, to optimize production processes. Your role is vital in maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including CNC lathes, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions.
- Program and troubleshoot CNC equipment, including Fanuc systems, to optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to lean manufacturing principles.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
