Job Description:
We are seeking a Construction Foreman / Supervisor with strong concrete and masonry experience to oversee crews and manage daily job site operations. This role requires hands-on knowledge of concrete work, masonry installation, and the ability to lead teams to complete projects safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.
Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise concrete and masonry crews on active job sites
- Coordinate daily work, materials, and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Oversee concrete pours, finishing, block/brick work, and related tasks
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members
- Maintain job site safety and organization
- Track daily progress and provide updates
Requirements:
- 3+ years of construction experience with concrete and masonry
- Foreman, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- OSHA Certification (Required)
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese)
- Experience with commercial or residential construction
