We’re looking for a proactive, versatile, and reliable Hotel Accounts Payable to help us amplify and maximize the HiBird experience.
The Accounts Payable & Payroll will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and contributing to the overall financial success of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and other forms of payment, while maintaining proper documentation.
- Monitor and manage outstanding payables, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Excel, and ADP.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work accurately within deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
