Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience
- Housing Allowance: Monthly housing allowance will be provided

What You'll Do
- Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all day-to-day operations of a high-volume specialty donut and coffee shop. Ensure every guest receives an exceptional customer experience. Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization. Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
- Build & Develop Great Teams: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and continue to develop our team. Create a positive, accountable, and high-performing workplace culture. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance development. Create efficient schedules while managing labor costs.
- Improve Operations: Identify opportunities to refine and improve operational systems and workflows. Look for ways to streamline inventory management, ordering, and day to day operations all while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Drive Financial Performance: Monitor labor, inventory, food cost, and waste. Improve profitability through operational excellence. Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Help refine operational goals, maintain accountability, and use measurable results to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or in a comparable restaurant leadership role. Coffee shop, bakery, café, or fast-casual experience is highly preferred.
- Track Record: Proven success leading and developing teams. Experience improving operational systems.
- Mindset: Someone who leads from the front, takes initiative, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Someone who takes pride in their work and is always looking for ways to improve.
- Location: Must be willing to relocate to or commute to the Sedona and Cottonwood area.
- Schedule: Available mornings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Physical & Logistics: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
