Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients. This role requires effective time management, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for retail sales. As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all studio activities run smoothly while also driving sales and managing inventory.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the studio, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Manage staff schedules, including shift management to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
- Oversee retail sales activities, including pricing, stocking, and selling products to clients.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote studio services and increase client engagement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail or service environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in training development to enhance team performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff.
- Familiarity with retail sales processes, including pricing strategies and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for the arts or wellness industry is a plus but not required.
