Responsibilities include:
· Completing evaluations for patients
· Providing quality therapy treatment according to treatment goals
· Perform appropriate billing and documentation tasks
· Identify and communicate potential therapeutic needs of patients
Qualifications:
· Must hold current NYS physical therapy license
· Graduate of an accredited Physical therapy program
· Ability to work with limited supervision and carry out responsibilities as directed
