The Law Offices of Gillespie, Shields & Taylor are looking for a full-time AZ Bar Licensed Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience. (*Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.)
Our growing law firm seeks an ambitious, hard-working and bilingual attorney with significant experience in Civil Litigation, and/or Family Law practice including motions and complex writing. If you are a persuasive legal writer, we want to hear from you. This is rare opportunity to obtain litigation and eventual jury trial experience with our highly experienced co-counsel in civil rights cases.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- This position offers the opportunity to handle complex cases with a Partner as well as manage cases independently. Conducting trials as first or second chair.
- Help develop a book of business especially within our Spanish clients and become part of our team advancing in Family Law and Civil Rights for families involving government overreach by AZ Department of Child Safety.
- Critical analysis skills and well developed writing skills are essential.
- The right professional may bring a book of business to join our team and share in the firm's success. Income is commensurated with experience and book of business. This is an opportunity to future increases in income, greater bonuses, and eligibility for partnership.

Position Schedule: Full time 8-hour shift with flexibility.
Position Location: 7319 North 16th Street | Phoenix, AZ 85020
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a diverse, family-friendly environment and compensation based on above Phoenix market salary and a generous benefits package. Salary is commensurated with experience and book of business. Partnership track available to all Senior Associates.
Required Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant Family law cases and a minimum of five years experience practicing law. Board Certified in Family Law is a plus (not a requirement).
