Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 2 & 3 year old Lead teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, engage students in meaningful educational experiences, and promote academic growth. This role requires a commitment to developing students' managing classroom behavior effectively, and implementing diverse teaching strategies tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a productive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
- Provide individualized support for students with special education needs or those requiring additional assistance.
- Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote overall wellness.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational trends and methodologies, including Montessori approaches or early childhood education strategies.
Requirements
- Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience in literacy education or behavior management.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans for preschool or School-age level children.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
- Commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students.
