Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our prestigious law law firm client. This pivotal role involves supporting attorneys in managing complex commercial real estate transactions, conducting legal research, and preparing essential documentation related to commercial property deals, such as commercial real estate transactions and dispositions and acquisitions and financing and retail leases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various legal disciplines, including estate planning, environmental law, UCC law, and procedural law, ensuring comprehensive support across diverse legal areas. Duties
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents such as leases, purchase agreements, title reports, and closing statements related to commercial real estate transactions.
- Conduct thorough legal research utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other research tools on topics including land use, zoning regulations, environmental compliance, and UCC law.
- Manage document review processes using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedural requirements.
- Support attorneys with project management tasks by coordinating deadlines, tracking transaction progress, and maintaining organized case files.
- Perform title searches and review title commitments to verify ownership rights and identify potential encumbrances or liens.
- Prepare and proofread legal correspondence, reports, and filings with meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation related to estate planning, family law matters, or other legal areas as needed.
- Assist with administrative functions such as data entry, filing, maintaining client records, and handling phone inquiries professionally.
- Support litigation activities by reviewing documents for general & commercial litigation cases and assisting in trial preparation.
- Maintain familiarity with procedural law requirements across jurisdictions to ensure compliance during filings and hearings.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
