Position Title : Industrial Materials Team
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify new business opportunities and support market expansion strategies.
- Manage existing B2B industrial accounts while developing and pursuing new customer opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate purchase order execution with Sales Team.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and other business correspondence.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to support business growth.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between customers and internal sales teams, both in-person and virtual.
- Assist administrative duties, including preparing reports, processing invoices, maintaining records, and supporting sales documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding warehousing, transportation, and logistics services, and provide related support.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for customer visits when required.

Skills :
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, industrial products, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of warehousing, transportation, logistics, or international trade.
- Experience preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
