Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly according to established recipes and standards

- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients for service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy hours
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation guidelines
- Assist with catering orders and special event food preparations as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, culinary setting, or food industry preferred; dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
