We're looking for a hands-on Hospitality Supervisor who enjoys leading a team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Front of House team during daily café operations.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee beverages, and café menu items with consistency and quality.
- Assist guests with bakery purchases, operate the point-of-sale system, and keep service running smoothly.
- Coach and support team members while leading by example.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented café.
- Open and close the café following established procedures.
- Lead and support Cake Canvas experiences, birthday parties, workshops, and other special events.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure every event delivers an exceptional guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality, coffee, restaurant, bakery, retail, or guest service.
- A positive, team-first attitude and a passion for serving others.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Weekend availability is required, as many of our events and guest experiences take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings for private events and special experiences.
