Position Overview
We are looking for a Master Handyman / Lead Craftsman with broad residential repair and remodeling experience.
This is not an entry-level position. The right person should be confident working independently, communicating with homeowners, making smart field decisions, and completing high-quality work across multiple trades.
You'll handle a variety of residential projects, including carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, doors, fixtures, minor plumbing, minor electrical, cabinetry, flooring, tile, exterior repairs, punch-list work, and general home maintenance.
Every day is different, so we need someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and proud of their work.
What You'll Do
- Complete residential repair, maintenance, and small remodeling projects
- Perform high-quality carpentry, drywall, painting, fixture installation, trim, doors, hardware, and general handyman work
- Diagnose problems and recommend practical, professional solutions
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Protect clients' homes while work is being performed
- Use company scheduling, communication, and reporting tools
- Help mentor less experienced team members when needed
- Represent Bespoke Home Solutions with professionalism and pride

What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in residential repair, maintenance, remodeling, or construction Ability to complete projects independently with minimal supervision
- Solid finish-work skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in occupied homes and communicating with homeowners
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry tools/materials as needed
- Your own basic hand tools preferred
- Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, doors, fixtures, flooring, tile, minor plumbing, and minor electrical strongly preferred
