Staff Accountant- Seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who is eager to build a strong foundation in general accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. Primary responsibilities will include assisting with month-end close, completing bank and general ledger account reconciliations, manage and record fixed assets, process agency fleet of vehicles, help ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies, and prepare governmental and grant financial reporting.
Applicants must have either a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and a minimum of 2 years accounting experience.
Hourly position: starting wage is $60,000/year.
