Location: Longmont, CO (Jubilee Fine Dining and Bar)
We're opening a new upscale American restaurant in Longmont and are looking for an experienced Opening Executive Chef to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the restaurant from the ground up, including menu development, building the kitchen team, and setting up kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop the menu.
- Hire, train, and lead the kitchen team.
- Establish recipes and kitchen operating procedures.
- Manage food cost, purchasing, and inventory.
Qualifications
- Executive Chef or Head Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Restaurant opening experience is a plus.
Work Location: In person
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
